It may be possible to exceed these capacities in some special family circumstances.

Two Bedroom Apartments have kitchen with cook-top, microwave, fridge/freezer, double sink, cutlery, crockery and utensils, washing machine/dryer, lounge room with separate dining area, choice of queen/queen or queen/twin, two bathrooms, two televisions, additional fridge.
