For those people who want to see more than just the city highlights. These tours take you to some of the wonderful country first explored by our early pioneers.
Your package includes:
- A Full day experienceing one of Australia's most scenic coastal drives from Cairns to Cooktown via the Daintree River and Cape Tribulation and along the Bloomfield track.
- Cross rivers and mountain ranges, see the mysterious Black Mountains, enjoy spectacular views from Grassy Hill of the Coral Sea, Endeavour River and Cooktown.
- Enjoy lunch at the famous Lions Den Hotel and return via the Mulligan Highway and the Outback of Far North Queensland.
- A ride on the Historical Rail to Kuranda and visit the Atherton Tablelands and the Skybury Coffee Plantation.
- Visit Granite Gorge for some Wallaby feeding and optional swimming in the gorge. Return by the world famous Skyrail and transfer to the Grosvenor in Cairns by Coach.
- A spectacular Eco Certified scenic tour. See panoramic views of the Mulgrave River Valley from Heale's Lookout and explore the Southern Atherton Highlands and their spectacular Waterfalls.
- See the Twin Kauri Pine trees which are 1000 years old.
- See a variety of wildlife including Lumholtz Kangaroos and even a platypus if you are lucky.
- Visit award winning Paronella Park and their National Trust Heritage gardens and castle ruins.
- A full day on a Tropical Coral Island on the Great Barrier Reef where you can enjoy coral viewing from a glass bottom boat, snorkelling, lay on the beach, explore the island, walk the rainforest tracks and back to the sheltered beach. If you wish, see the live crocodiles in the Marineland Melanesia's nautical museum and just simply have a great day on natures wonderland.
