All 1 Bedroom apartments have the following features:

- Full kitchen inc. dishwasher, microwave and clothes washer/dryer.
- 5 seat lounge/chaise in the living room
- Dining table and chairs for 4 guests
- Cutlery, crockery etc. for 6 guests
- Iron & Ironing Board
- Separate bathroom with walk in shower & hair dryer.
- LCD TV with free 10 channel cable TV plus all free to air channels
- DVD/CD/Radio player
- All linen and towels (towels changed daily)
Standard capacity in a 1 Bedroom Apartment Studio is up to 2 guests in a Queen or 2 single beds. Up to 2 extrta guests can be accommodated in a 1 bedroom apartment by the use of additional single / rollaway beds which are usually placed in the cornewrs of the large living area. Infants (children aged 2 and under) can be accommodated in the apartment at no charge for guests with their own portacot or where the infant sleeps in the existing bedding. Portacots are available for hire at $10 per night, as are Highchairs.
